Let's break it down

Across my 20+ years in marketing and communications, I've spent most of my career in two major industries and organizations, spanning multiple rebrandings, ownership changes, acquisitions, and mergers.


Ziff Davis, Inc (2015–2025)


Over the course of my career in technology, I've managed marketing operations and strategy for 4 to 11 different brands in the cybersecurity sector, including VPNs, cloud backup, and antivirus solutions.


  • Continuous organic traffic growth +10%, sales +25%, bookings +30%)
  • Weekly A/B testing on high-traffic pages to drive conversion
  • Continuous SEO audits and weekly site updates to improve performance and visibility, resulting in year-over-year 5-15% growth
  • Successful rebranding of multiple B2C and B2B2C websites and app stores
  • Delivered branded campaigns monthly and ad-hoc surrounding current events and holidays to drive traffic. 
  • Maintained a content and social media calendar, reviewing news and daily trends to produce content that would educate, provide value, and maintain brand integrity.
  • Managed a team of 4-8 full-time employees, as well as multiple vendor and contractor relationships.
  • The first two years, I worked for a private company where I managed marketing for the brands, which transitioned to different ownership at a private equity firm, before being acquired by Ziff Davis, Inc., where we operated within the same teams.



Wyndham Vacation Ownership (now Travel & Leisure Co.) (2004–2015)


As the organization's first intern in 2004, I worked my way up through the hotel and timeshare divisions in various capacities. Beginning in communications, I honed my ability to build brands through storytelling before moving into social media and marketing strategy. 


  • Managed corporate marketing strategic initiatives to drive prospects through email, call center communications, and referral programs.
  • Owned a $1m budget for the owner referral program across almost 1 million customers to help build advocacy and maintain long-term value.
  • Assisted with generating key results (e.g., $95M VOI revenue, 39,000+ tours/year)
  • Implemented the first social media strategy for the brand, building the program and profiles from scratch, while aligning with key business owners to foster positive conversations and brand recognition.
  • Managed internal communications for over 13,000 employees through various channels, including weekly publications, intranet management, emails, and the company's internal newsletter.
